Yes your right it defiantly does not. In my opinion I find it very hard to believe a 14 year old boy would try to assault a man much larger than himself in the middle of the nice. However, I'm also very interested in seeing how things play out in court

Yes however on the 911 tapes the Operator clearly stated the police were contacted and to not continue pursuit.

Following someone is not aggression!! I don't care who told him "we don't need you to do that" he was within his rights to follow.

Interesting question to get your mind going... You cant attack someone for following you but what if you saw that person that was following you had a gun? Do you then have the right to fight for your life? What if he reached for his gun? Mr Z said he was first hit when he reached for has phone. Did he reach for has phone or was it his gun? Did the kid think he was going for his gun? Remember florida is a state where you dont see guns unles it is a criminal with them. Legal people have to conceal. So in the mind of many people in Florida, gun = crime.

Yes the photos shared were pics of him as a 12 year old. He was 6'3 when he died. However is was only 140 lbs. Much like my son, tall and skinny as hell.

I don't think it's a fair judgment to say all the Black community cares about is the Victimization of fellow blacks. Generalizing a mass group of people like that is not a fair assessment of the situation. Also Zimmerman is biracial. His father is Caucasian while his mother is Peruvian. This is why he was originally believed to be Caucasian. And for the record "Blacks" isn't proper terminology. The politically correct term is African American.

How would it not be? Do you really think that the black community has no concerns about racial inequality? Go to a african american college club meeting and see if they are concerned. Go to a black church and ask them how they feel about racial injustice. I did not say "all the black community cares about is the victimization of blacks" you need to read more carefully. I am sure they have other concerns, but one of them is certainly racial injustice. The black community is concerned about it, why would they not be? I know that my black friends and family members are very concerned, they worry about thier childen being profiled... they worry about racist attacks.... It is a concern. And actually, black is a perfectly acceptable term to most "african americans" by the way. Certainly all of my family members who are black, all use and prefer the term. You may be interested to know that many "native americans" also prefer to use the term "indian". Let me be clear, I said many, not all.
