I double coop all my Lg Fowl Cockerels and Cock birds not just my RIR's. I want them to have as much room as possible in their pen to move around and not screw up their feathers while waiting on the Judge to get to them. Besides if they don't care for the bird next to them it puts some space...

I'll use a flat finish. My understanding is that it's better when shooting pics of white birds. Chris

This one is made of wood and painted white. I need to repaint the inside light blue but I'll do that another day. We made this for the show in Baton Rouge and I did make it big but I wanted to be able to put geese in there. It's 3 x 3 x 3 and has 3 florescent lights on the inside. I also made a...

Yes Jeff we had a little mix up there at the end. I think one of the Judges told us one thing and had something different written down on his paperwork. Don't cross breed your Horseman birds with the birds your getting from Ron. Grow out your Horseman birds and breed your best male/ males to your best girl/ girls. Then do the same with the Reds from Ron. Just don't cross them up with each other. Chris

I think the bird in the middle and the bird on the bottom came out of the same pen. I would have to look at the bird in the middle a little closer to know for sure or if his left foot is toe punched just tell me if it's the outside web or inside web. If they are brothers both of these birds came...
