JZ yes she is a very good peep to buy from. I would recomend her to anyone. None of my eggs where broken or had bad aircells even with the rough handling form the PO. Her chicks are beautiful and healthy. And the cochins have great foot feathering. They are already full of fur. Lol!

Well good morning everyone, or should I say good afternoon. Been a long morning already! Have a hen that got out and was attacked by a hawk. She is okay, just has a puncture hole through her neck. Thankfully my dog saw it happen and went straight after the hawk so it didnt have a chance to carry...

I just looked at some pics of them and it looks like both the chocolates and the blues have a white chest. Looks like the chocolates usually have white eyeliner though.

Is that the way the blue ones look when they are young? I am not sure.

So an update for everyone. I put my chicken duck and turkey eggs in the bator. Everyone is cooking away. Temp and humidity is perfect. Will be putting the others in lockdown in a little while. I am so excited!

QJ how long has it been since it internally pipped. I had a chick that took almost 2 days to hatch. And that was after it had internally pipped. It was my first hatch so I didnt really know how to help it. But it came out perfectly fine. Some are just slow. But I still would help it a little.
