They shouldn’t be. It’s based on the gene pool and mottled genes should be culled from the breeding program. Let your breeder know about them please. You may not mind them, but other buyers may.

Love the chart! I do want to know (just like spruett386) if there are other charts for other breads. I suppose I could make my own now that I have the APA book. Well at lest for those breeds that are recognized through them. Or if I am working on my own projects I could set my own chart up following the lay out of that one.

A member of the Silverudd’s Blue breeder group made this chart, and I love it too. I asked the legbar group if they had one and they don’t. It’s just lists of characteristics.

I just hatched 10 Silverudd’s Blue two days ago. They’re the sweetest lil things!! My daughter did a photoshoot while I was at work

So do they have a white earlobe or a red one? I see both in some pics. I'd love to see an official breed standard.
