I think they should be getting here tomorrow morning. I got the confirmation email last night.

Also, do you think we could do a BYC Chicken butchering class this summer somewhere? Bring your own rooster? I've had to cull some half grown roosters already so the dispatching part isn't the big deal, it's the scalding/plucking/correctly gutting part that is scaring me!
