What is difference between scratch and peck feeds vs regular chicken feed?

The only COMPLETE Organic feed that's NOT ground into a Mash, Pellet, or Crumbles, that I know of is Scratch & Peck© brand.
GC
Hiland Naturals, Modesto and New Country Organics make Organic whole grain layer feeds too.

I randomly selected just three off my Google sheet.

Highland naturals is not Organic. It's NON-GMO.
Modestomiling is Crumbles and Pellets. She was asking about whole grains.
Newcountry Organics, I did not know about. GC
My bad Hiland is only Non GMO and Modest is a mix of whole grains and pellet.

I have Southern States near me, but I can't find the ingredients of their different feeds online. Does anyone know where I can get that information?
Actually most feed ingredients change depending on the time of year and what is available so many companies do not list exact ingredients but they do list their guaranteed analysis which does not change.
You can find that info here:

Which is where I got the exact info for my Google sheet mentioned already a few times here.
;)

Thanks. I didn't know actual ingredients change. That explains why I couldn't find that information on several feeds that I was looking at!

My SS dealer was more than happy to let me read labels and make comparisons. My flock thrived on their meat maker pellets and I'm pretty bummed that I can't find anything comparable where I've moved to.

Yes, good idea. I need to find some time to go there and do some reading. Been too busy playing with chickies!
