Not much build details, but that’s expected when you reuse an existing building—and omg- you gave your inner jungle chooks fowl a super cool jungle fowl house!
Would love an update on how this build out is working for them?
Not much detail, BUT love love the chicken tunnel. Plus the detail of leaving spots so owner can block off areas-hadn’t thought of that. We need more chunnel builds!
Such a creative use of space! Not many will have this problem (historic area) but A LOT of people are interested in “hidden” coops and this is kind of next level.
Would be incredible if there’d be an update—how is it working having the girls in an interior space? Dust? Smell?
Good job!
(Why didn’t you use that existing building in the backyard?)
Nice videos! Not really any “plans”, but very good overview videos and reuse of materials. Also tells they discovered there wasn’t enough air flow- so they added more ventilation.
Looks really small (and 2x6 construction!?!) but Wow I think it’d be perfect for bantam or silkies, especially in a urban yard. Love the videos. Looks a lot like the Dutch coop.
Based on the video commentary (Way overbuilt for what the size looks on film?), I really would like to see plans—bc that’s overbuilt for the size it appears.
Builder thought a lot about the craft of building it.
Actually a very good page on the transition and discovering how “small” a coop becomes when the chicks grow up. Love the progression & learning/pictures on the fly.
Very nice first effort and use of available materials!
