Very nice looking coop. Loved the recycling/up cycling that was done. It's good that you added plywood under the house, racoons will reach through chicken wire with their little hands and try to pull a chicken through.

Looks sturdy enough to hold the worst criminal chicken. If it were mine I'd replace the lower portion of chicken wire with hardware cloth.

Beautiful looking coop and run. You did a good job with the plan, I don't think your boxes are too small! You've got a cute flock. I'll bet we'll see a coop expansion soon.

Excellent example of a 3-4 chicken house for someone who's not a carpenter. Nice re-use of a playhouse as a hen house.

Very nice details on the build, and good job on the reflection after. That roof is really amazing but good to know it was a bit of a challenge.

Props to you for showing continuing improvement on the coop/run. It really does never end, does it?
If it were mine I would change out the fencing in the run and go with hardware cloth for the bottom 24" secured to posts with screws and fender washers, then chicken wire for the upper portion And top. Perhaps a pricy investment but keep an eye out on Craigslist.

I'd maybe add a little more ventilation. Keep posting any additions. :thumbsup

So cute!
Very nice, appropriately sized coop for the number of hens. Good job on the ventilation, ease of access, level of protection. I wouldn't mind a close-up of that feeder, looks interesting.

Very nice job. I look forward to going to a show and seeing this! Very impressive, too much for my badly behaved hens though!
