Looks like this coop is well built but it would be helpful to others to see how it was built, dimensions, estimated cost, etc. Also pictures of the interior would be nice.

Great idea reusing the garage doors for a coop. Wish we could have seen the actual step-by-step building of it. The only change I would make would be to make the run tall enough for a human to stand up in it.

With a few modifications, this would make a pretty nice run for a small flock. The chain link won't contain young chicks or keep a predator like a raccoon from grabbing a bird. And I'm not sure, but it doesn't appear to have an apron around the perimeter to prevent anything from digging under the chain link. A couple of things I like about this idea...no flying predators like hawks will be able to fly in the run. Plus there's plenty of human head room!

It was disappointing to get to the end of the article and find it was incomplete. This looked like it was well built.

Good examples of a brooder and grow out pen...the photos really help to show how it was all done.

I know this was written a while back but continue to use it as a reference, especially to new (or newer) members.

Glad to have this info spelled out so nice & clear!

I like the idea of using signs for the exterior. Wish we could have read how the coop was built and seen the inside.

I like how this coop was personalized, wish there had been more of an explanation of how it was built.

This looks like a very nice, roomy coop but there are no details on how this was built. It would be nice to have pictures of the inside also.

I was really hoping to see how this was repurposed from a trailer to a coop. I think that's a great idea but this article didn't explain much beyond why the paint colors were chosen.
