Nice article!

It is very general and hopefully at least three more articles can follow this one.

For the incubation part, check into the information about opening the incubator and misting the eggs with water. This actually removes moisture from the egg as the water evaporates off of the shell. Water does not go into the egg when you spray them. The cooling that happens also helps the embryo develop.

I read about the little computer on a board like this one uses several years ago. It is great to see one being use for raising chickens!

Articles saving grace is the instructions on prevention. Those are actually the best instructions for stopping egg eating.

Pecking an egg to see if it is good for hatching is normal hen behavior. Also normal is eating the egg if it breaks.

It is simple but can be hard to do..in order to stop egg eating, fix the egg shells!
