I have a similar narrow situation; my first flock was on the other side of the house and I’m going to move or build the structure on the more narrow side now.

What a great design! I adapted my version to make the coop itself 8 feet wide by 4 feet deep, and made the bottom of the coop a bit taller (heeding your advice about wanting more space under the coop). I also added a second egg door to allow for 4 nest boxes. Other than those modifications (and a paint job to match our brick house), I followed your plans which were excellent! My biggest challenge was dealing with warped 2x2's, which made it tough to get everything exactly square. But I pushed ahead and "forced" it all together. I also dug 12 inches down below the coop/runs and put down vinyl coated hardware cloth as an underground fence - we have lots of foxes and raccoons roaming around. The whole project took about 2 1/2 months total. Awesome design and instructions - thank you!!! Our six chicks LOVE their new home!
