    I picked up some chicks from my local feed store got this little chick which i think may be a roo.... but i could be wrong. but any whos i have no idea what it is??? It has green legs, white feathers and a bit or brown on its breast. Maybe some one can identify or maybe its just a mutt.

    new to having Egyptian Fayoumis I got two from the feed store along with some other chicks I think the white one is a roo... but could be wrong what do you guys think?

    The frozen jugs of water work well fans also, spraying the pen helps too. I have a swamp cooler for the oven temps we get here but thats just when the girls look like they are in distress.

    Yesterday in Gilbert it was pretty hot the girls had there shade, fan, frozen water bottles and the pen was sprayed every now and then no panting in my house, everyone isn't allowed to get stressed. My Muscovy's duckling hatched out yesterday too... thos ducks are the most heat tolerant...
