These are my first geese and I was wondering if I can let them roam in my yard. I would lock them up at night, but I was just wondering if they would travel far or stick around. Or would it be better to fence them in all the time?

Thanks cottage rose for the informative articles they really helped. I have been adding more grass and greens into their diet and it seems his wing is not flipped out anymore. I think i caught it just in time to correct it. The weather is finally getting nicer and it's almost warm enough for me...

i just taped the wing and i was wondering if i should tape the wing to the body, any suggestions? how long should the tape stay on? I've read that you should take it off at night or for a few hours each day. It seems everything i read contradicts something else.

the older a rooster is the less they crow, and older birds tend to get respiratory diseases and don't have the capacity to crow as much. I hope your rooster is ok
