Well the the little fluffy chicken bug has bit hard and now we have 3 silkes 2 frizzle Peking and a polish and no commercial layers anymore they went to a farm to join a big flock and live out there days on the range. Wife is really getting Into chickens more than I expected which I don't know...
So my 2 little frizzle pekins have decided that they are gonna peck the head feathers off our polish hen, poor thing has a bald spot now the size of a dollar coin any ideas on how i can stop them.
My Chicken raising experience is a massive 10 days so any help given by anyone makes them and expert in my opinion GREAT BUNCH OF MEMBERS ON THIS FORUM

Question time again friends. One of my commercial layer looked like it was gonna take a dump but turned out laying a what looked like an unformed egg. I'm new to all this, she has laid 4 days in a row nice looking eggs and didn't lay yesterday them today whilst I was down with them outta the pen...
Hmmm new chooks driving me nuts. One of the frizzles keeps pecking the polish in the head not to mention pecking the other frizzle hopefully they just sorting out pecking order…. but dam this girl is a cranky pants.

Pictures of our new girls still don't know how those polish can see anything hahaha but the wife's in love with these three, likes our layers as well but they ain't as friendly as these so I can see her becoming attached :)
They are all between 14 to 16 weeks old. Would love to raise chicks from eggs but we live in town and can't risk hatching a roster then having to find a home for him :(
Expanded our flock today we now have 5 chooks 2 commercial layers 1 polish and 2 frizzle Peking will upload some picks later on had to build a isolation pen for the new arrivals how long should I keep them isolated from the others?
They have just started laying so they are on layer at the moment, more worried about the size of the pellets being to big for the frizzle. I will ask heaps of questions before i purchase them I'm new to keeping chickens the wife likes the look of a frizzle and i gotta admit so do i just wanting...
