Just FYI...I have an LG still air....it really sucks. The temps flucuate terribly. I have it placed in an area where the temp is steady. I can and have gotten spikes of up to 110 degrees. I would NOT get an LG.

I have standard cochins. Mine just started laying eggs at 6 months old....and didnt crow until they were 4 months old. I have pictures if interested of some standards as chicks teens and young adults.

I have red cochins but only in bantam size. I want to get all the colors in standard size. Will arrange it next spring.

Yes all my chickens are cochins. Except one frizzle and one freebie rooster.

We live in a berm home. So I just keep my things in the pantry where they stay quite nicely.
