big is only half the equation. Sure the Jersey Giant lays pretty big eggs.. but 2 big eggs per week isn't as good as 4 almost the same size eggs. Plus the JG will cost more to feed.
So, if you want "big" eggs (the Large size at the supermarket) you want to look in to the following breeds...
mine never give me any trouble.. they're not "friendly" but they never attack, peck, none of that. They go the other direction when I'm in the pen. Unless I sit down they they'll come up and check me out. The friendliest, calmest birds I have are the speckled sussexs. You can easily pick up any...
Typically my white eggs average 2.5oz...
This big un weighs in at 3.5oz.. either laid by one of my leghorns or by my leghorn/jersey giant cross.. (but I'd expect it to be brown if the LH/JG laid it)
beagles are extremely stubborn. on the flip side, they are extremely loyal.
So here's the deal, use simple commands and make sure everybody in the house uses the same commands for the dog. It's taken two years with out beagles, but they finally obey commands about 90% of the time.

The tea parties are about our govt getting too big for their britches. We need to toss them out on their ears and bring in new constitution loving blood.
Dig in to the legislation that's in the works and if that doesn't make your blood boil, you have no blood.
How many of you noticed HR 1388...

I'm sure they'll let you off. Call them right away and explain what happened. Then teach your son to save his money not eat it.
Just tell them you needed that nickle to pay the taxes.
The main stream media didn't report what was going on. Stop counting on the MSM for your news. Look elsewhere. Pajamas media did a good job covering it as well as (ugh) Fox. The best news source is your fellow americans, put down the remote control and talk to them for crying out loud.
Here's...
I'm going. Anybody who believes in the constitution and is tired of our govt taking advantage of us (no matter which party is in control) should go. We employ the govt they are not our masters and it's high time we send them a message to wake them up.

My apologies for assuming people can read. This post is not about a political debate. I could care less if you are a D, R, I, C or L type voter. This is about loss of liberty. Or maybe you don't think that farmers markets or the ability to sell your eggs/meat to people off the street is a big...
