I have a LF Cochin chick that just hatch and it has abnormal down. It is almost bald on its head and neck and what it has is very prickly feeling almost like it was singed in a fire. It hatch by itself just fine on day 21, and seems otherwise normal. Any thoughts?

I recently purchased a Brinsea 190 with automatic humidity pump. The pump will not bring the humidity up sufficiently even when running constantly. I've got a complaint in to their customer service dept. I would like to know how many people are having a similar issue?
