if you really want the best brown egg layer id say go with RIR's. I like sex links. Ive had alot of red, black, and gold comets but none of them have laid as consistantly as the RIR's. Grew up in pa and theyd lay right through winter up there

i just got 25 from mthealthy.com its a hachery in ohio. Mail ordered them to the post office here in Tn and they all arived very healthy. had them for a week and a half now and all doing great. Plus there shipping was ALOT cheaper than murray mcmurray. hope that helps!

id put some kind of antibiotic like neosporin on it and she'll probably be fine, but your gonna have to keep her seperate from the roosters and posibly rehome one of them or continue to keep them seperate. hope that helps

i personally think theyre all crooked regardless of party, but i work in the oil industry so if i had to pick id say republican. i know alot of people hate the party for the same reason, but its job security for me
