I took some pix of my pumpkin pavlovskaya hen yesterday. She's skittish and always stays close to the flock, especially near our ayam cemani rooster. She is almost 2 1/2 yrs old and lays a small cream egg every once in a while.

I wish I did. Sadly when we moved we lost her and our entire flock to a raccoon at the new coop. She was one of my favorite chickens!

Yes! I have one now and had another before her. They are wonderful companions and protectors, and huge! Both are/were around 100 lbs. Friendly with our cats, chickens, little girls, and visitors. Unrepentant counter surfers and food junkies. Better as inside pets rather than outside yard dogs...
