I don't live in Md. but I bought a quick pluck on line for 60.00 then all you need is 2 plastic 55 gal drums which are 10.00 a piece here if that helps most places wont process chickens
look up quick plucker they work good we have one you can buy them done or d.i.y and they are cheaper than a tub plucker . but they are messy my old man dont mind he does all killing and plucking here when we process. they also make them for ducks and pheasents
