So Scar's wound has healed up nicely. I have reintroduced him back with his mom, dad and siblings. Things seems to be ok. He is happier now! I have a question though. The father picks the babies up by the back of the neck. Is this normal or is he being aggressive towards them? TIA for any advice.

Duckling seems to be doing good. I separated it from the rest the same day, keeping it in the house cleaning the wound every day. I think I got cut on a peice of chicken wire. I have it a little stuffed cat to keep it company. Snuggles close it it and is much calmer.

My female has been sitting on a clutch of about 7 eggs for 6 days now, I have not seen her off the nest. Should I be worried about her not eating? I have also read that Runners are not good mothers should I be worried?

I have a quick question. When do runners start to lay eggs? My runners are 5 1/2 months old and started mating toward the end of August. We do not have any eggs yet should I be worried about my female cuz they mate like rabbits. Thanks

I have a question. My male runner Jace sounds hoarse and has for about 2 weeks. I have added grit for 2 weeks also and he is not getting any louder. He is eating and acting normal other than his voice. Should I be worried? Is there anything I can do? Thanks for advice in advance. Cassie
