Does anyone know what the chicks would look like crossing a blew rooster with a barred Rock hen? Have a broody blrw and I poked a few eggs under her and some are that cross.

Any tips for letting a broody set some eggs for the first time?

Question Couple of my roosters got into a fight and one now has a largely swollen shut eye. Not sure but I think he may have lost the eye. Have been cleaning and applying ointment, is there anything that I may need to do extra? Anyone have experience with this? Please and thank you!!
