My favorites are the breads - try the peshwari naan. SO GOOD.
Mutter paneer is my go-to meal, so delicious! I love malai kofta as well, and massaman/mussaman curry.
I love the mango lassi, which is like drinkable yogurt. It's sweet and tart and helps cut the fire when you overspice your...
I'm technically a pescetarian myself! I just normally say I'm vegetarian to avoid sounding like I'm pretentious. I observe vegetarian eating habits except I eat fish. Most people don't know the word 'pescetarian' so I just use vegetarian to make my life easier.
:)
You know what else is really good, those hickory BBQ 'riblets' from morningstar - omg. I love them. So delicious. It is probably the most realistic meatless meat I ever tasted. I can't enjoy them often due to the expense, but try them!
I LOVE the sausage patties an d the bacon strips. Also, the chicken patties are great. I love to get honey mustard from Chik-Fil-A and put it on the chicken sandwiches - tastes like the real thing.
I love the tomato basil pizza burgers, black bean burgers, the vegan and regular grillers...
Yeah I don't really like the morningstar dogs - try the Smart Dogs hot dogs from publix. They are not frozen so they don't taste weird and they have a realistic texture and taste. I like them :)
Summer rolls are my favorite Thai/Vietnamese appetizer. Generally they are served with peanut sauce but I prefer fish sauce. Try them with tofu instead of shrimp and they are amazing.
The coconut soup is awesome, it's got a light lemon flavor and usually has mushrooms. I really love coconut...

For a vegetarian, basically everything you would eat but the meat. There are lots of meatless options and even Walmart has Morningstar Farms veggie products and Boca Burgers in the frozen aisle. There are meatless versions of bacon, sausage, hot dogs, burgers, ribs, pepperoni, ground...

Gastric bypass reduces your ability to digest food (smaller amounts, and slightly shorter time), which is not conducive to eating plant-based diets unless you commit to having a protein shake every day. When I was "being good" about what I ate, the volume of food I'd consume in a day...
