Any proffesionals correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure Virginia (my state, woohoo *sarcasm applied*) has some pretty strict laws. Just don't take my word for it...
VA has such huge regulations
But it does say that the regulations to not conform to poultry passed over state borders by interstate (cause there's really no way they can) so why do a lot of breeders still not ship to VA?
