I think part of the problem is people think chicks are pets and not livestock. I am just going to stop here with my comment because I can really go off on a rant about this.

I am debating on showing some of my blrw. Would you only show the blue version? I know they are not accepted into the APA.

I do not see anything wrong with the cockerel, the pictures are not real clear but what I can see all looks great.

The picture is small but I am going to guess dark blue pullets.

Black x splash = 100% blue

I can see some nice round feathers, so I would guess pullet.
