He is a real pretty boy! I am not sure if it's just the pic or angle but his beak is looking like it might be overgrowing a bit?? I have had that before with a Legbar roo and vet had me use a dremmel on it to keep it shaped- very easy to do.

If you want a really great hatch from shipped eggs you need PULLET EGGS. I could hatch a rock if a pullet lays it Seriously... shipped pullet eggs hatch great! The structure of the egg must be stronger- Maybe the albumen is thicker or maybe the chalazae is stronger but somehow that egg...
