I prefer to live in a climate that doesnt get cold, but this is beautiful! Great pic! My birds do this. you should probably check the bottom of her feet every so often just to make sure there isnt anything stuck or the starting of bumble foot. but if she isnt limping she is probably just...

I have figured out that she will nibble on anything if i am holding it. I try not to give her food from my hands because of the training tips i have read. I dont really think Forest falls into the category of other geese, but just in case. Yes, I have put everything in her water, she ignores the...

i replied to this without quoting it...people are going to get confused. =) i dont give her access to grit. i figured her daily falls face down in the dirt while we are in the yard was probably enough grit.... should i offer her chicken grit? i have a whole bag of it.... she is such a picky...

She is a handful! She goes in and out of the chair about every 20 minutes all day long. today she decided she wanted to be in the shower with me. she freaks out if we are out of her five foot radius. so we basically cart her around to wherever we are. I have tried several different types of...

I am wondering if pilgrim goslings have different noises depending on gender. the videos i pull up are too noisy to tell the difference. my goose that hatched the first week of june is now starting to change her voice. she will be peeping like goslings do and then it turns to and ends in a honk...
