Woohoo...one is better than none!! :) I too have trouble with the PO and our carrier...but I don't have many other options...not many chicken breeders where I live, so I've got to make do!!!!! Hopefully you'll have more luck with your next hatch!!!

So sad...got home from work this morning to find one of the silkied splashes dead!! My husband had checked on them just a couple hours before hand and he said everyone looked fine! I don't know what happened for sure...but I'm hoping everyone else is ok! They are all very spunky and eating...

Sorry to hear this!!! I did my eggtopsies too...I had one pip externally and die...one pipped internally and never pipped externally...all the others looked like late quitters. Yolks were not absorbed and chicks were not in hatching position. 14 made it to lockdown...7 hatched.
