Well, I found Fancy's Surprise! I think she wants to be an EE, because she hid the surprise so well, she could have been hiding eggs for Easter! Introducing, Fancy's Surprise: She hatched last night! Good thing she looks just like her mama.

Crud. The weather is just trying to force Fancy to stay with me. We are supposed to get piles of snow again tomorrow and I didn't get her out on her way today. I will do my best to get her out tomorrow... Here's hoping. She and I are going to brave it anyway. Here she is all bundled and ready...

Update: blizzard is supposed to run through Monday here....probably won't get out of the house much until Tues or Wed. Sorry for the delay of Fancy's transport, but we want her to have a safe journey of course.

Fancy has decided to come to Thanksgiving with us to avoid the weird mail hiccups that tend to happen over holidays and to learn how to play the guitar, maybe banjo and who knows what other instruments will be at our Downhome Thanksgiving. Pics to follow when we return and she will be traveling...

Thanks, Athena! I think that Fancy and DD are taking a break from each other. A little sibling rivalry or something. When the babies get here, I will get pics of them with Fancy. DD really wants to bring her to thanksgiving, so I hope no one minds if we hang onto her awhile longer.

Well, the feed mill wasn't good enough for Fancy. She's headed to a sock hop with my DD. She isn't sure if she will be able to take pics of Fancy at the hop, but here's the pic of them all set to go. More pics when I have a load of them. After the hop it's a slumber party.
