The lighter one is def a cockerel. The grey I am going with cockerel as well but could go either way.

Oh wow backwards. I get one with slow feathering maybe once a month.

Lanae once told me that its a gene that causes the slow feathering. It should not be rebred due to potential for catching diseases easier. Hope I got that right :).

Someone had mentioned working on it but havent seen it mentioned in a while.

Hopefully I will join the wheaten breeding challenge next year!
