«We Could Be Legends»

"You are incredibly cocky and I hate you for that." I snapped
I then turned to my mother as she screamed at Wolfram things that made my blood go cold.
Shes... Lying... Right?
Indigo smirked, but frowned. She didn't like being cocky.
She just got that way when she wanted respect. But wasn't that what all cocky people did that for? Aughhhhh!
"Honey, she's telling the truth. You don't know what your mother did in her time. I wish you did. I wish..."

Misty whirled around and glared demonically at Wolfram.
"I never leave the state of pain, I adrenaline NEVER leaves my veins. You know why?
BECAUSE IM BEING USED AS A MASS MURDER WEAPON.
IM THE MOST WANTED CRIMINAL IN THIS COUNTRY
MY FAMILY AND I ARE ONLY BEING KEPT SAFE BECAUSE I AM WORKING AS A LIVING KILLING MACHINE."

At this point my life doesnt matter Wolfram. You would know that wouldnt you?
You have so much to live for though.
Dont let your life become mine.
Dont become the monster you've been running from your entire life
Dont become like Maru...
For once, Wolfram looked startled, eyes widening.
For once, he was at a loss of words. Until...
"Don't you dare yell at me. I know nothing of your story. I wouldn't know that. So chill out, and breathe. I know you've probably been through a lot, more then I have, I don't doubt that. But don't, alright? Don't yell at me when I know nothing, and don't wish to become bait. No one deserves that." Chill out yourself Wolf. But also how are you so calm? She just told you she is the most wanted criminal in the country. Doesn't that scare you?

"All kidding aside, baiting is something us enchantresses do best, so if you insist, I'll gladly employ my expertise in this subject. "Fearsome wolf ladies aren't quite so... compelling."
She drew out the last word a bit
and cut it out in a little British lilt. You could almost reach out and touch it.

Toby glanced at her. As scary as she was, she oddly… intriguing. "Ok, we need a plan. One that doesn't involve using people as bait, unless - like I said earlier - it's me or Indigo."

Indigo smirked, but frowned. She didn't like being cocky.

Zion and I both exchanged glances of utter horror.
I took a small step forward.
"Mom?..."
Mom looked at me with eyes that werent her own, pure demonic fury was emanating from her entire body and her eyes were alight with a bloodthirsty fire in them.

Zion pulled his sister back and held her close to him as his mother looked at them, that wasnt his mother. That was a monster in its purest form.

"No you," Indigo said. "You're so wrong. The Pure are not connected to the government, no matter how suspicious it is that the government ignores them. They know that the Pure is too powerful. Only a peaceful assembly of the people can stop them. And they, the government, are afraid of the Inhumans, so they leave the Pure be."
"You're all idiots, the government don't know about the Pure. Weren't you listening to Mom?" Lachlan hissed, looking up from Camilla.

Misty roared in utter fury and despair and slammed her fist into Wolfram's face. Knocking him to the ground.
"YOU WORTHLESS ALLEYCAT. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO RESPECT THOSE WHO ARE CLEARLY HIGHER IN POWER THAN YOU EVER WILL BE?!"

Toby glanced at her. As scary as she was, she oddly… intriguing. "Ok, we need a plan. One that doesn't involve using people as bait, unless - like I said earlier - it's me or Indigo."
"You can't be bait! Ok, listen Toby now. You'll make horrible bait, all right?" Indigo threw her hands in the air. Those weren't her only reasons, but they were good ones.

"Hay miss," Indigo stood in front of her senior by about ten years, (but Indigo was also taller) and faced her. "We all hate Wolfram, but attacking him is against the house rules."

"Really? I'm great at making people mad, and I have nothing to lose. In my mind, that means perfect bait." Toby snapped at her.
