(She is. But he still knows her.)(I thought Taylor was the "stupid friend" that spam texted Wolfram? XD)
Taylor watched him with a sympathic gaze, and sighed softly. I didn't mean to scare him... The frown on her face deepened as she turned back to River.
If Taylor took any notice to the older women's appearance, she didn't show it. "First she said something about wanting to know where this idiot was." She pointed to Wolfram, silencing him with her magic before he could make a retort.
"And then she told me she wanted the key, and that if I failed her I would be in trouble or something. "
"Oh, this is great. Another person she's planning on killing. Yeah, just fine." River muttered under her breath, casting a glance over her shoulder at Toby. He'll be fine. "How long do we have until she ransacks your old home looking for a deadly poison?" She asked Wolfram, her eyes stilling on him.Taylor watched him with a sympathic gaze, and sighed softly. Alpha looked at Taylor, and walked into the kitchen. He sat be Toby's leg, and leaned into him. "Oh, hi buddy." Toby said, looking at Alpha as he pet his head. "You're the only thing in this world that is not scary. I love you so much." He murmured, and kissed him on the head. He sighed again. "I should probably go back out, shouldn't I? They're probably talking about important stuff." Toby stood up and slowly entered the living room, hiding in the shadows by the door. He avoided eye contact, and instead stared at Alpha.
Wolfram prodding Taylor's shoulder sharply. She rolled her eyes, and snapped her fingers. "There, happy now?""Oh, this is great. Another person she's planning on killing. Yeah, just fine." Wolfram prodding Taylor's shoulder sharply. She rolled her eyes, and snapped her fingers. "There, happy now?"
"Very." He snapped, looking at Rver. "Honestly...I don't know. I just know she's looking for it. She could be there now for all I know." He murmured, shifting his weight to one foot nervously.
Taylor slowly came a little closer away from him, staying a bit away from him, not wanting to make him uncomfterable. "Hey." She greeted quietly, staring at the ground. "I um, didn't mean to make you uncomfterable just now. I really don't think you're crazy, just so you know." She looked up from the ground, blinking. "Oh, um, my name is Taylor by the way."
"Nice to meet you, Toby. Though I wish it wasn't because of such unfortunate events, but nice to meet you nonetheless." Taylor smiled, glancing down at Alpha. "Cute dog." She commented, her tone light, trying to force a cheerful atmosphere.Toby's head snapped up. "A-are you talking to me? I think I -um- might've overreacted. Sorry." He mumbled, staring back down at Alpha. "My name's Toby."

Taylor cast a glance over her shoulder at Wolfram, narrowing her eyes. She shook her head, sighing. "He never changes. Same old 'My life sucks, people offer me help but I reject, I hate everyone screw everything, I'm just going to kill myself because I can't face my mistakes.' " She growled softly to herself, looking back at Toby. "I've always loved dogs." She giggled softly at Scorch who promptly rolled over in front of her, begging to be pet."Nice to meet you too." Toby said quietly. "Thanks. His name is Alpha." He tried to keep his voice light and friendly, but it stayed quiet and nervous sounding.

Taylor knelt down, petting the dog gently. "I can't count how many times people have told him that. Everytime he refuses, he says he's alright. That he'll be fine. Because he's to scared to admit he needs help. I've known him for a long time, and the only time I've seen him truly happy was when he was with someone who was his girlfriend at the time. It's not healthy for him." She sighed, realizing she was randomly rambling to this poor boy. "Sorry, Didn't mean to start rambling..."Toby glanced up at Wolfram, and then back to Alpha. "He needs a therapist. It could help him." He said, and shrugged.
