«We Could Be Legends»

Peter was feeling a little bit lost. Alice had said to scatter, and now everyone was heading off in different directions, including wyvern-Jessi and his sister. Oh, man. How am I supposed to explain Grace to my parents? He watched Alice approach the mermaid lady. Maybe he should go over there. But, then again, there were a few cops over there, and he didn't feel like having to talk to them.

Maryella sat outside her store, content just to observe the group, especially since they were ignoring both her and the rain so effectively. She treasured watching people, though some might call it evesdropping.

When one approached her, she propped therself up in the chair so she was sitting cockeyed -assuming as if she had legs, they would have been crossed- and took to tracing the dents in her baseball bat as if to say she could ignore, too, when she felt like it.

"You mentioned the Pure?" She said softly, eyeing the tall one they had called 'Violet' or something as she retreated.

Alice's took an apprehensive breath was this woman planning to beat her with the bat? She glanced over at the cops again one of bystanders pointed in her direction and the two officers looked over one of them tucking his thumbs behind his belt. "I guess. Uhh, I'd love to talk to you about it. But inside?" She didn't care she could deal with a bat. She'd do what ever it took to avoid the police though.

Lachlan nodded, and stuck with Wolfram and Bleddyn. "We should probably go drop Bleddyn off with her parents." @Cluckcluck1215

Camilla split off from the others, sliding through the shadows and heading to get out of the park, but also miss the cops.
Wolfram nodded."Lead the way."He responded tiredly.

The mermaid gave a bit of a snort. "Had you been listening, I invited you and your friends in several times. It seems you are more for talking than you are for listening." Maryella said, then, readjusting her tail so it didn't drag the ground, she rolled herself inside the already opened door. "Come on, if you are indeed coming."

"Maryella's Oddities" was quite as the title promised. The window exhibited an iron mannequin with a dusty uniform, if one could call it a uniform with the ungodly amount of pockets it possessed. Above it, fishnets were strewn about the corners with various beads and baubles hung in it's threads. Below, a box with over a dozen locks and no key in sight, a wooden bird with charred edges labeled 'pheonix starter,' and lastly a satchel made completely out of old book pages.

Inside the shop smelled like mildew at first, then changed to lavender as you neared the back. The two side walls were lined with sturdey wooden shelves which held a variety of interesting things. One shelf had nothing but geodes and another had glass animals and orbs. Along the floor lay an assortment of trunks, a wine barrel fashioned into a boat, and a robot that eminated steam.

In the center, golden tabby eyed them from a table that was actually an old cable spool, though you could barely tell it when it was stacked a mile high with all things paper.

Wolfram nodded."Lead the way."He responded tiredly.
Lachlan nodded. He started down one of the dark trails. "This trail will take us around the cops and to the other side of the park, and put us out onto the road to Bleddyn's house. From there it will be pretty fast to get there." He commented.

Wolfram followed him quietly, his shoulders and arms starting to ache. He glanced down at Bleddyn, smiling softly. She was so pretty, so-WHAT are you thinking?!
Sorry, don't yell at me.
You will never love again, remember our promise? You'll just get hurt, like last time. Remember her? How she dumped you when she found out when you where a Inhuman? This girl will just hurt you again.

He held back tears, blinking rapidly. Everything hurt even more now. Why was he always reminded of the worst parts of his life? He shifted Bleddyn, letting her head fall into the crook of his arm. He was soaked and shivering, and so was she. Even in the trees, it was still pouring.

(I ship Wolfdyn so hard)
Lachlan glanced back. "You okay, Wolf? You look like you just saw a ghost." He said kindly, looking ahead again as the trail ended in a parking lot. "Okay, we're close now." He made a left as they exited it.
