(I ship Wolfdyn so hard)
Lachlan glanced back. "You okay, Wolf? Look like you just saw a ghost." He said kindly, looking ahead again as the trail ended in a parking lot. "Okay, we're close now." As they exited it he made a left.
(XDXD same)
Wolfram looked up quickly, his eyes wide."Yeah, uh, yeah I'm uh, fine."He muttered. He would be fine, if he could hold Bleddyn near him forever and never-Idiot.

The mermaid gave a bit of a snort. "Had you been listening, I invited you and your friends in several times. It seems you are more for talking than you are for listening." Maryella said, then, readjusting her tail so it didn't drag the ground, she rolled herself inside the already opened door. "Come on, if you are indeed coming."

"Maryella's Oddities" was quite as the title promised. The window exhibited an iron mannequin with a dusty uniform, if one could call it a uniform with the ungodly amount of pockets it possessed. Above it, fishnets were strewn about the corners with various beads and baubles hung in it's threads. Below, a box with over a dozen locks and no key in sight, a wooden bird with charred edges labeled 'pheonix starter,' and lastly a satchel made completely out of old book pages.

Inside the shop smelled like mildew at first, then changed to lavender as you neared the back. The two side walls were lined with sturdey wooden shelves which held a variety of interesting things. One shelf had nothing but geodes and another had glass animals and orbs. Along the floor lay an assortment of trunks, a wine barrel fashioned into a boat, and a robot that eminated steam.

In the center, golden tabby eyed them from a table that was actually an old cable spool, though you could barely tell it when it was stacked a mile high with all things paper.
Sherri stepped inside as well, following the nice person named what was it.... Grace? No, Alice was her name, that was it.
It was cozy and smelled of wood and old books, a wonderful smell.
There on the table was a beautiful cat with brilliant green eyes and dark stripes accentuating her lovely sandy colored fur.
Sherri squealed. "Can I pet your cat?" she asked.
Go ahead, the cat answered with a smile. My name is Sandy.
"Sandy, is it?" Sherri asked.

"Sorry about that today's been kind of hectic." Alice wrinkled her nose at the smell, she never had liked the smell of lavender. "Sooo," She paused when Sherri squealed over the cat.

Wolfram looked up quickly, his eyes wide."Yeah, uh, yeah I'm uh, fine."He muttered. He would be fine, if he could hold Bleddyn near him forever and never-Idiot.
Lachlan nodded, hiding a smirk. "Uh hu." He stopped in-front of a house that was painted white, its porch decorated with a swing and chairs, and multiple hanging pots. His eyes caught sight of an open upstairs window. "Wait here." He commanded, and without a second thought, shifted. His black and brown hair turned to black and grey feathers, his mouth a beak. In mere seconds the human was gone, a hooded crow in his place. Okay, all I have to do is fly up there, get in, and I can turn to a human again, easy.
He spread his wings, flapping them several time and he was air born. Sorta.
He nearly missed the window, and would have crashed into the siding. I'm terrible at this. He flew inside, shifting to his human form.
He left Bleddyn's room, slipping out and running down the stairs. "Hello?" He said. "It's Lachlan!" He called, hoping Ash and Conner weren't home. He unlocked the door and opened it, holding it open for Wolfram. "Welcome to the Asfaw residence." He joked.

"So your a bird and a wolf, huh?"Wolfram snorted, stepping inside."Lucky. All I got was a puny house cat." Ok, now he knew a little more about the girl. Bleddyn Asfaw. Fiesty, brave and daring personality.

Sherri peered over at the wooden "phoenix starter."
"What does that do?"
(Fanci, she can talk to cats. You can play it trying to explain, but they don't understand English and aren't very smart.)

(Ha! At least he has claws. Sherri has no fighting skills whatsoever.)

"And bobcat. But yeah, my bird form is pretty useless because I can hardly fly. House cats are cool skins, reflexes on 'em are awesome, fangs are sharp too." Lachlan said, closing the door. "Her bedroom is upstairs, come on. Her mother will be home soon, her father later." He began up the stair, opening Bleddyn's door for him.

(quoted just to show it's happening after)

Alice gave Sherri a weird look before turning back to Maryella. "I need to avoid the police. Are you going to tell them what happened out there?" She asked trying to be casual, but not really succeeding.
