Bahaha I just read a few pages of your build.
I agree with the folks that said you were building a human house instead of a chicken coop.
I have cattle panel hoop coops, but I don't have your wind. I have lot's of trees that help block the wind.. Although when the deracho went through last year they stayed put.

With the wind, comes wet
Humidity saturates
Storms are undaunted

But, fret not at least
That which you have built, sustains

When i thawed meat for dinner I freaked out because freezers are almost all full and we have 4 turkeys, 2 pheasant, and 20+ quail to add in addition to any deer we harvest

I had a similar feeling the other day. We have a cow, 3 pigs, 100 chickens and 3 turkeys to butcher and I'm not sure where it's all going to go. Time to buy our 5th freezer!

And here I thought I was alone in that problem I’ve got the 2 freezers on the fridges, a small chest, and an upright plus the walk-in cooler…..no idea where I’d put another freezer

We have one upright, 2 small chest and then one huge chest freezer. I forget how many cubic ft they all are. I actually thought we were done buying freezers this year but I forgot we were going to vacuum seal and freeze extra milk for when the cow is dry.
Thankfully we have plenty of space.

After I finish my current project, I'm going to put the extra boards away. Then clean up and get rid of the scraps. Hopefully, I finish it this weekend!

Then I really have to clean up the garden.

We really need a 20 yard dumpster back here to get rid of so. much. junk.

Might I suggest…. Finding your local metal recycling place. Get paid some cash for the metal…..
