Charlie saw a cat a little ways away and out of curiosity, and not wanting to do anything productive, he decided to follow it. Of course, since it was a feral cat, it ran off. But where there was one cat there was most likely more, so he continued on into an alley.

Charlie jumped when he saw someone there. At first he thought it was a homeless person, but since it was a kid near an orphanage, probably not.

"Uh...Hey? What the heck? Hey girly, are you a kid that lives in the orphanage?" Charlie asked in a confused tone with a raised eyebrow.

History: Taylor is (Obviously) an orphan, who is slow to trust, due to many issues with the trust department in the past. She is an experienced thief, but not so experienced she doesn't get caught.. However, she has escaped 'most' situations in the past. Due to her brushes with the law, people are quick to point out Taylor's flaws, and slow to adopt. She hates the orphanage, and keeps her guard up. She confuses the nurses with her barbed tongue and then cloy apologies; no one really knows what to think, not even Taylor....
Appearance: Tanned skin, with curly brown hair kept in a neat pony tail. Flashy amber eyes. Her beauty isn't obvious, even to the appraised looker, but she couldn't be considered hopelessly ugly, either.
Personality: I probably accidentally covered this in the History section
