Ah, well that makes sense. Thanks, Kelsey.I think the warning only pops up if you have less than 25 posts. I think it should be available all the time.

I made the notice at the top of the articles section bigger, but it still only displays for members with less than 25 posts. I also don't know what template would need to be edited to insert text into the create article overlay, I'd have to talk to the developer of the articles add-on.I see what you mean. Has the warning been taken off (Please note, if you have a question...) to be changed? I don't see anything when I clicked "create article". I see in red "You must upload one image"... So, can you put in red/bold, next to create article, a very brief explanation to what an "article" is? Or possibly saying "This will not be replied to as it isn't a thread, please click here *". I'm not very good at explaining things, so I'm sure you guys can come up with something better than that! But you catch my drift![]()
I agree, I have seen quite a few from people with more that 25 posts.I think it should be available all the time.

A friend of mine suggested changing the text to this:
If you have a question for our members, please post in the forums.
Yes, it goes to the main forum section.I like that. I guess the "forums" is a link to the actual forum section?
We'll do this in a similar way to how we did the coops and LC article review so it's as clean and organized as possibleI really would like to have a members page article search party...to find some learning center worthy articles.
Article templates would be good, but only if we could have them be section specific. While we figure that out, we really should have an article on "How to create a great article" that is linked to from the create new article pages, etc.Is there a way to make these a requirement? As in you cannot post this article incomplete (without photo, title, etc) Or maybe a pop-up box when you click "create article" that says something like "For questions, please post in the appropriate forum".
I'd like to run some numbers to see how many members created articles in the wrong place AFTER or BEFORE having 25 posts. I don't want to show it all the time, but I'm open to finding the right amount of posts.I think the warning only pops up if you have less than 25 posts. I think it should be available all the time.

Keep in mind that similar with spammers, we'll never completely eliminate them, but we do our best to reduce them. Some people will always have confusion and will post in the wrong sections... that's just the nature of the beast... but we can find ways to help reduce the confusion and frequency of the occurrences.
