I mean I've seen a lot of fetal pigs with tumorous growths in the abdominal organs. Dunno what it'd look like in a fully developed thing or even a quail

Other than the 'water belly' appearance doesn't act like anything is wrong? As long as it's eating, drinking, pooping, I'd just let it run it's course.
