I like this idea. This will really help with keeping the humidity around 30% during regular incubation without having to get up every 2 hours during the night.

Yep, I have a high RPM fan (3,000 rpm) in one of my 'kit bashed' bators it not only evaporates the water fast it also dries the eggs out...learned that with the first hatch in it. I retrofitted it with a tiny 2" fan that runs about 300rpm, much better results.

We set a total of 41. If you recall they are in two batches 3 days apart. I candled today. I pulled 3 and there is 1 or 2 that are questionable but too dark to really tell. 10 days left for the first set and 13 days for the second set.

When I sneak up on them and see legs like this always freak out for a good second.

I saw alot of my jumbo males molt out of spotted chests and had to do a third proccessing day.
