I haven't eaten mine yet. Probably tomorrow night or Sunday nightThey are. I want to make sure that everything is as quick as possible. The roommate was surprised at how quick I was. I've been psyching myself up to this since they hatched, knowing it was coming, so there was no hesitation once the shears were applied. Then I grabbed the next one, repeated, then the last one. I did the cleaning after all of the beheading was done.
I admit that I was skimming some of the posts, so I didn't catch the whole conversation, but are you supposed to wait a couple of days after butchering to eat or freeze them? If so, I've made a mistake since two are already in the freezer. I haven't eaten the first one yet.
