This past weekend I got around to installing the watering system for the quail. It holds 5 gallons. (Excuse the black thing on top of the cage. That's my eyeglass case, which I didn't realize was in the picture.)

Yes. The figured it out right away. I used my finger to get all the cups to fill and once they knew there was water in the cups they drank and in doing so triggered more water to flow into tge cups each time the stick their heads in to drink.

How do you know pansy from any other quail?

I can't figure out how to explain this.
I couldn't tell/learn the difference with pictures online until I saw it in person.

I mean, they looks different for sure but also so similar lol

I can't figure out how to explain this.

I started making list of what I think I have but then I realized I was writing ever kind color down.
I need to wait another week or two to try again.
