➡ Quail Hatch Along🥚

You should post the recipe in the "How do you prepare your Quail for Dinner" thread!
thanks for the link!! i hadn’t seen that thread before! i’ll have to add it to my “watch list”. recipe for the quail is from you tube with DH own personal spin.....and for the potatoes he lightly coats with mayo, then adds garlic, chicken salt, and pepper and then oven bakes/fries.

so we had thokku crispy quail with garlic oven-fried potatoes and jasmine rice for dinner tonight!! mmm mmm good....one of our new favorites!! this batch was rested and frozen so DH thawed and put in the apple cider brine this morning and then “partially deboned” prior to cooking. tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious!! (and i had my “fertility check” egg as an appetizer shot!!)

That sounds soooo good! OMG! :drool

My dinner was a PB&J sandwich. :lau

But to be fair, Ive been cooking a lot lately, or at least night and today for lunch, so I was kind of sick of cooking :lau plus I was in a hurry and really hungry haha

At least lunch and last night’s dinner was healthy. Lots of veggies.

How did this happen? Yellow from a Tuxedo and Pharaoh? I have two of these.

What's your humidity level at?
I kept it low BUT I tried that thing with having eggs at Lockdown and hatching in one half of the incubator and other eggs still turning in the other half of the incubator. So for a few days while the eggs in Lockdown and hatching, the humidity was around 60. It was only for 5 days - Lockdown+hatching, but this may have affected the other eggs which were still turning (they were around day 10). That's ok, I'll really try dry hatch next time.

What color is the color on your tux?
Here is a picture. Nothing yellow.
