Ah, that's how it was with "TinyTot" of mine. He's made a good roo so far, and he's not rough on the ladies like some seem to be.

I think it just depends on the birds. Some flush up & bash their little brains out when I open the cages, others come running and hop up on my hands & arms like they missed me soooo bad all day!

Ah, that's how it was with "TinyTot" of mine. He's made a good roo so far, and he's not rough on the ladies like some seem to be.

The ones I mess with a lot are calm.
The ones I don't mess with a lot...freak out.


Your males should have a solid chest..rusty.

Girls will have spots.
