I was just using my iPad, so that may have been my problem. I do have a real camera (not nearly as real as yours) that I can set the aperture on, so I’ll definitely keep that in mind. I have a buffered light I made for photographing glazed pottery, so aside from getting the camera and the computer to talk to one another I could do almost that fairly easily.

I just use a card reader to transfer the images and do not connect the camera to the computer.

I used to do that, but I just don’t have the gear to connect a card to my iPad. I’m sure it’s available and probably affordable, only I haven’t been doing much since my most recent laptop’s hinges broke and I got discouraged with using it. I seem to have either bad luck or bad judgment when it comes to choosing computers. I will look for a compatible card reader, though. It’s a good idea. Thanks!

I threw my first 2 weeks worth of eggs in the bator, easiest way to see who was doing their job, plus I got 6 quailies!

since the weather is warmer, we did our 3 month turnover of the aviary.....I still HATE straw!!! i truly think straw makes everything stink worse......
