The one I cracked open...only one of the yolks was fertilized and it wasn't quite two yolks. They were joined together..
I am hoping to be able to tell, when candling, if I can see two yolks in this one I set.
I'm just doing it to learn.
I want to see what I can see inside it.

not necessarily.....with silkies having black skin and bones and even getting around that, the breast was ok, but there was a kinda displeasing texture to the leg/thigh meat....(i think we butchered 4 total smoked and fried preparation)But all bantams are probably bad for meat, right
