Can you get a few pictures of what you are seeing?

Do you have a calibrated thermometer in your incubator?

I’ll get some tomorrow evening. I have them under a broody Silkie hen.. could that be the problem?

i’ve hatched under broody silkies....you can still candle if able to at night, but at hatch time, you will need to monitor very closely or preferably hatch them in an incubator. they can be inadvertently crushed and suffocated by broodies

Yes I never let my broodys raise chicks they only hatch for me.

I had some scrambled in the turkey eggs that I got! Frustrating to say the least!
