What's the difference between a hamster cage and a bird cage?
Just the price? IMG_20200418_172910.jpg IMG_20200418_172943.jpg

Green cage is 14" x 24"
Brown 15" x 26"

I wanted a fish tank but now I'm not sure if a cage cage would be better.

The difference is mostly the price and the different accessories. I would choose a cage over an aquarium.

1. No glass to get broken.
2. Better aeration in an open wire cage.

Thanks.
Bird cage it will be.

Faker quail are nuts.
They are very very different than real quail.
I can't get over how nuts they are.
I suggest looking up how to hold finches and using such a technique when moving or handling them. Also, get a net and keep it close at hand. I have found mine to be invaluable.

I had a chick like this. It was good for a week then went down hill.
Buggy eye didn't look like it was suffering, but it certainly wasn't thriving. It was sleeping far more than the other chicks and not getting to the food and water. I took care of it.

They definitely have different behaviours! They're a lot flightier both in personality and ability.

Mine stopped eating so we took care of it. Sometimes I think they can't see with their buggy eyes.

I bought 5 nets the other day.
I'll get up later and go get a picture of them.

I can't look this kind of stuff up because I won't know if what I am looking at is correct or not.
