➡ Quail Hatch Along🥚

That's their ground up oyster shell. They have another one for food.

Speaking of buttons, #6 is out. The new roommates absolutely adore the chicks. They're going to keep two of them.
New roommates!

When did this happen?
Are the neat?

They're moving in this weekend. It's the daughter of a friend I've known since highschool and her husband. They love birds, and knowing my friend, much more responsible and mature than 27 going on 15 even though they're the same age.

#7 is zipping!

I might have asked the Mex to help my fakers today.

He refused.
He said he found a home for them.
We shall see if he takes them to their new home.
aww! How could you! Poor little pet birds should be pets. I'm glad he found a home for them.

I've been sticking my hand in the brooder a lot. When they're first hatched, they're a lot more curious about the giant hand than afraid.

Checked eggs for the first time, it was hard to tell due to patterning but I made out 5 tiny heartbeats! 2 I suspect had damaged aircells/won't develop and then the rest who I have no clue on, but I think are developing :fl
What day are they on?
