I move mine around. When the weeds are all eaten, it's time to move to a new spot. The sun takes care of the poop. This only works with smallish numbers of birds, though.Neat! I didn’t realize they had those.
Yeah, I feel like they would definitely be happier on the ground!! I mean, they are ground birds after all.
But I guess covering the wire with dirt boxes like Kiki works too
And cages are definitely a lot more convenient or easier to build or whatever haha

Yes. I have boxes and stuff in there for them to hide in. During the winter I move them onto my garden beds and just hoe the poop under every few days. They love to follow the hoe around and grab bugs and worms that get turned up.

I know it seems like there is one of the eggs that look slightly celadon in every variety, I think it might be a fluke but if it isn't...That’s so cool!!!
