babies moved to shed brooder....january hatch got sprung from quail jail and thrown into genpop! couldn’t stand to wait any longer so 60 SSC eggs set about 15 minutes ago!! now to sanitize the indoor brooder and wait for button eggs! (shipped thursday so should get them mon-Tues.)

it was one of my smallest babies that hatch....not absolutely sure if I lost it to my crippled silkie during the arctic blast or if it was #10 that disappeared without a trace when hubby gave them yard time. I think I have 1-2 more in valentine’s hatch.
